Delete your RepChief account

You can delete your account in the app or contact us here without reinstalling it.

In the app

1. Open RepChief and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Choose Delete Account.
3. Verify your identity and confirm the deletion.

Without the app

Email info@ballerbizoy.com with the subject Delete my RepChief account. Include the email address associated with your RepChief account. If you used Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email, include your Apple relay email if you know it.

Request account deletion

We will verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Never send your password or a verification code. We aim to handle a verified request within 30 days and will tell you if a legally permitted extension is needed.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, profile, workout and calendar records, journal, conversations, nutrition records, uploaded images and account settings are removed from RepChief's active services. We also request deletion of identifiable data held by our subscription service where applicable.

Limited billing, security or legal records may remain when necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. These records do not keep your coaching account active. Provider backups and diagnostic retention follow their normal deletion cycles. See the privacy policy for details.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting RepChief does not cancel a store subscription. To stop future charges, cancel through Apple or Google Play.
