RepChief is operated by BallerBiz Oy. These terms apply to our gym planning, tracking and coaching service.

Using RepChief

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not misuse the service, access another person's account, interfere with security, or upload unlawful content. RepChief is designed for adult gym users. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where it is legally permitted.

Training, nutrition and AI

RepChief helps organize and record training and nutrition. It is not a medical device or a substitute for individualized medical care. AI suggestions, food-photo estimates and calculated training indicators can be wrong. Review plans and estimates, adjust training to your ability, and seek appropriate professional advice for a medical condition, injury or dietary need. Stop an exercise that causes pain.

Your records

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You authorize us and the service providers described in our privacy policy to process it to deliver the features you request. This includes sending the relevant information to AI providers when you use Chief or photo analysis.

Subscriptions and trials

RepChief Pro's starting US prices are US$17.99 per month or US$99.99 per year. Other stores display the applicable local-currency price. The price, billing period, taxes where applicable, and trial eligibility shown in the store purchase confirmation are authoritative.

Eligible offers may provide a 3-day or 7-day free trial. A trial is optional and may not be available to every account. The offer screen identifies whether it renews monthly or annually and the price after the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the store's renewal deadline; for Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before a trial or billing period ends.

Manage or cancel via Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or your RepChief account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled under the store's rules and applicable consumer law. Restore Purchases in RepChief can restore eligible existing access.

Availability and changes

We may update features to improve the service, meet legal requirements or protect users. We do not promise a particular training outcome, uninterrupted availability or that AI outputs are always accurate. We will honor applicable obligations concerning paid access and provide notice of material changes when required.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from Settings or through our account deletion page. We may suspend misuse or access that creates a security or legal risk, subject to applicable law.

Consumer rights and app licence

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app licence. These service terms supplement the licence and applicable store purchase terms. Finnish law applies where permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
